At APNI Luxe Threads, customer satisfaction is important to us. We request you to carefully review our Return and Replacement Policy before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
All products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:

A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened must be shared via email care@apniluxethreads.com or WhatsApp (+91 9789599798) within 24 hours of delivery

Requests raised without an unboxing video or after 24 hours will not be considered

The decision to approve or reject a return or replacement rests solely with APNI Luxe Threads and shall be final and binding
Once an order has been shipped, returns will not be accepted unless the above conditions are met.
Conditions for Acceptance

Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact

Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used will not be accepted

Products disliked by the customer or ordered by mistake are not eligible for return or replacement

Sarees that have undergone fall and hemming are not eligible for return or exchange

Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or replacement
Color Disclaimer

Minor color variations are not considered valid grounds for return

All product images are captured in natural daylight without filters; however, variations may occur due to individual screen or device settings

If you have any doubts regarding color, we recommend contacting our team before placing an order
Issues Not Considered as Defects
The following are inherent characteristics of handloom and handcrafted sarees and are not considered defects:

Small knots or bumps where threads are joined

Uneven threads connecting the border to the body

Slubs (bundled residual threads forming tiny knots)

Minute gaps in or around motifs
Reporting Issues
While every item is carefully inspected before dispatch, in the rare event of an error or defect due to human oversight, we will gladly assist with a replacement.
